Okay, so the first two pictures crack me up. He was trying to climb the stone. So, finally I helped him out and put him on top. He said, "Giddy up!" Then tonight when I was downloading all the pictures Jack looked at him on the stone and said, "Daddy not working. Daddy no move!"

We went and put up Danny's Christmas tree today. Normally, I try to get the best of the best decorations. But, let's be honest, my 2 year old is not into "pretty" things. He's into bright and fun decorations. I really wanted to include Jack on this and he loved helping with the decorations. He even sang Jingle Bells. I still have a couple more things to take out there. But, I'm assuming they will mow the cemetery it one more time before it snows. So, I will finish it up later. Thank you Aunt Wibby for helping!!

I Want to Know...

I swear I just brought him home from the hospital last night. By this morning, he was telling me he wanted to play with the kids. Oh, and a couple days ago, he put on his backpack and told me he was ready to ride the bus! Slow down, Jack! Every morning when he wakes up he says, "Momma, I stretching!" I have to tickle him and tell him he can't grow. He thinks is so funny. Love this guy!

I Loathe Christmas

But, because of this guy...

I did this
(12 Days of Christmas tree)
Christmas was once my favorite holiday. But, now that I have to put the tree up by myself, I hate it. Two years ago me, my sister and my mom all went out in search of a tree for me and Jack. It was kind of last minute. The only trees we could find were huge. So, we got a huge tree. My dad and brother in law have helped me put it up in the past. I just decorated it. I never knew how huge and heavy that thing was...until tonight. With the help of several choice words, I finally got the tree up. Now, I just have to work with Jack on not saying his daddy is stinky, his daddy is naughty and mommy mad at daddy. What? I was frustrated! What do you want me to do?

Crack Up!

Tonight, Jack said something he shouldn't have -thank you, Reiss- So, I put him in time out. While he was sitting there he asks, "Mom Mom, I in big trouble?" I couldn't look at him. I just put my face down...didn't want him to see me laughing.

Mommy's Helper

Jack is constantly making me laugh. Tonight we were making brownies and I told him he could lick the spatula after we were done. Seriously, he was practically making out with the spatula. Anyway, after he licked it clean, he looked up at me so proud and said, "Mom Mom, I all done! I did it! I helped Mommy...it's all clean!" Then he put it back in the drawer for me. Here I thought I was giving him a treat and he thought I was giving him a chore. Love him!

Fun with Moon Sand

I have only let Jack play with Moon Sand one other time. It is such a mess. The only reason I bought it in the first place was because I was curious about it...it looked fun. After about 30 seconds I remembered why I put it away and never got it out. Again, it is such a mess. He liked it though and it kept him busy.

this was when he realized that Moon Sand doesn't taste so good

You Better Watch Out...

he'll rough you up! I don't encourage Jack to wrestle. However, I do think it's healthy for him to wrestle with his cousins. But, when he makes a 7 year old cry, what am I supposed to do? I was trying my hardest not to laugh while telling Jack to be nice to the big kids. My nephew, Caden, had his birthday party a few weeks ago and Jack loved playing with all the kids. They were outside playing tag and Jack pummelled a 9 year old. I was so proud! As a mom, I always said that I didn't want Jack to play football. What if momma's baby got hurt? Shoot, after I saw him tackle an entire first grade class, I'm not worried.

Chocolate Chips Galore

I was upstairs when Jack came running up with a dirty little face. I have learned that with Jack...well, anything is possible. But, I thought I better ask him what was going on.

Me: Jack, did you find the chocolate chips?
Jack: No, all gone.
Me: Did you eat the chocolate chips all gone?
Jack: Yeah. It's a mess.
Me: Jack, did you make a mess?
Jack: Yeah. Mommy clean it?

I thought I better go check out the mess. I didn't get far. At the bottom of the stairs I found my surprise.

He was so proud when I was taking this picture. "Look, mommy, I did it!" You sure did, Jack!

This is what he looked like when I was questioning him. How do you get mad at that face?
